Sales Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic laundry service team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and supporting our overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Information to Customers: Provide detailed information to customers about our laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and special garment care, along with pricing details.
  • Assist with Orders: Help customers place orders on-site, over the phone, or online through social media platforms.
  • Handle Enquiries and Orders: Manage telephone enquiries from prospective customers, providing information and taking orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare Invoices and Maintain Records: Prepare sales invoices for all transactions and maintain thorough records of sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date accounts.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly or forwarding them to the appropriate individuals to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales.
  • General Administrative Duties: Perform general sales and marketing administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the laundry service business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience in a similar business environment
  • At least B1 level fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tasks
  • Skills in resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
